Trail Map
Here's the planned hike & what I actually did... Success!
The East Boundary Path is mostly paved, which I'm not crazy about. Buuut it was beautiful and worth it. A good introduction to this reservation. There are lots of smaller paths that are even prettier and would be fun to explore. Turtle Pond was the best part of this hike -- it's gorgeous and there's a dock out over the water. I played on that for quite a while in the rain this morning! The trail map is very easy to follow -- the names of the trails aren't often posted, but all the numbers seen on the map are clearly marked on trees.
Summary:
- Easy to follow trails
- Dog friendly
- No trail maps posted at the parking areas I saw -- important to save the map on your phone or print before going
I almost immediately found a fun fence to hang from :D
hi do you like spiders?
watching an airplane
Beautiful path... But paved.
